ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 338777 -1 Permit No. 1117397

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for DUNKIN DONUTS on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104417 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "area #1 shall be twenty-one point four two (21.42) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety-two point seven eight (192.78) square feet; SEATING CAPACITY: 12" and inserting in their place the words "area #1 shall be fourteen point five (14.5) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty point five (130.5) square feet; SEATING CAPACITY: 8"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
