BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
 
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for FADO IRISH PUB is here by Amended by deleting the words:
"11:00 PM
*Sidewalk Cafes shall not operate earlier than 8:00 AM, nor later than 11:00 PM" and inserting in their place the words "12:00 Midnight"
 
 
 
 
Section 2:
 
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass An ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for FADO IRISH PUB on March 9,  2011,  and printed upon page 115619 of the C.J.P.  of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the words "11:00 p.m." and inserting in their place the words "12:00 Midnight". This ordinance was referred to the Committee on July 6, 2011.
 
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
