ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols as shown on Map No. 26-G in the area bounded by:
A line 279.39 feet north of and parallel to West 107th Street; South Vincennes Avenue; a line 237.59 feet north of and parallel to West 107h Street; a line 104.17 feet west of and parallel to South Vincennes Avenue; a line 154.55 feet north of and parallel to West 107th Street; and a line 210.75 feet west of and parallel to South Vincennes Avenue.
To those of an RT3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
