MEMORIAL RESOLUTION FOR PATRICIA NIGHTINGALE
WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that the members of this Chamber learned of the death of Patricia Nightingale on December 24, 2017 at the age of 71; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Born on April 14, 1946, Patricia was the loving wife ofthe late Hugh; adored mother of Colleen (Tim) Golden and Michael; cherished grandmother of Kathryn and Lily Golden; dear sister of Maryann Sweeney; favorite aunt of Jennifer, Kathleen, Eileen, Meredith and Erin; treasured friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Patricia leaves a legacy of faith, dignity and love;
and
WHEREAS, Patricia, known for her great sense of humor, touched the lives of all who knew her through her kindness and vivacious spirit. She will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and Members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, assembled this seventeenth day of January, 2018, do hereby extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Patricia Nightingale; and
