BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Shoreline Apartments Realty, LLC at 2231 E. 67th St. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
