BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Impressionist on Altgeld Condominiums, LLC, of 1040 W. Altgeld Street, Chicago, Illinois 60614, from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
