ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 and 3 ofthis ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language, as follows:
4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

On Racine Avenue, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On Elizabeth Street, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On Throop Street, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On Ada Street, from 79th Street to 81s' Street.

On Bishop Street, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On Laflin Street, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On Justine Street, from 79m Street to 81st Street.
On Ashland Avenue, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On Marshfield Avenue, from 79th Street to 81st Street.
On 80th Street, from Lowe Avenue to Green Street, and on Union Avenue, on
Emerald Avenue, on Halsted Avenue and on the east side of Green Street all from 80th Street to 81st Street.
On the north side of 80th Street, from Green Street to May Street.
On 80th Street, from May Street to Racine Avenue, and on May Street.
