OVERRIDE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing residential permit parking zones the designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefore the following:

"South Kilbourn Avenue                     5800 block of South Kilbourn Avenue, from

West 58^th Street to West 59^th Street, both sides of the street, and on West 58^th Street on the south side of the street from South Kilbourn Avenue east to the first alley and from South Kilbourn Avenue west to the first alley, all days all times, Residential Parking Zone 345."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Kilbourn Avenue                     5800 block of South Kilbourn Avenue, from

West 58^th Street to West 59^th Street, both sides of the street, and on West 58^th Street on the south side of the street from South Kilbourn Avenue east to the first alley and from South Kilbourn Avenue west to the first alley, all days all times, Inserting a new zone." (Removing Residential Parking Zone 345)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
