CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF AN EXTRAORDINARY MAN MR. JAMES EDWARD HEFLIN

WHEREAS, Mr. James Edward Heflin. was called home by the Great I AM, "Come for I have prepared a place specifically for thee, a mansion the size of a nation where your soul will find sweet rest. As you enter into your new humble abode, you will find rooms designed with photographs of your favorite jazz artists and every life that you have touched. " Instantaneously, tears began to stream down his face as his precious soul connected with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Angels stood by Heaven's Gate shouting, "Glory to God Mr. Heflin made it home!"

WHEREAS, he was a man that was determined to lead his household by faith and he stood flat-footed on the principles of integrity with a readiness to express his genuine love for his faithful wife, Mrs. Marie Heflin and devoted children to the world in which God has allotted us all to live in; and

WHEREAS, some people will remember Mr. James Edward Heflin for his charming personality, impeccable attire and undying passion for people in the community. While, so many others recognized the calling on his life and took great pride in siting under his teachings about the faithfulness of God. Mr. Lewis was never ashamed of sharing biblical truth or allowing himself to be the brightest light in the midst of a dark world; and

WHEREAS, the bible says, "A good man's steps are ordered by the Lord." Without a shadow of doubt in my mind, I know Mr. James Edward Heflin, believed by faith and never by sight. Whenever life threw him a few tough blows, maybe even cost him some sleepless nights, no matter the difficulties, he gave God the Glory. Mr. Heflin was a warrior in the spirit and a divinely appointed visionary. He was a bold and courageous man that was not afraid of invading the enemy's camp and drawing soldiers to the Lord in his own unique ways. We can all attest to the fact that he was called to serve and everything he did, Mr. James Edward Heflin did it...
