BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for RESTORATION HARDWARE on 09/24/2015, and printed upon page 7209 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"eight (8) Light Fixture(s) projecting over the public right-of-way

Eight (8) at point three three (.33) feet in length, point six six (.66) feet in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level."
and inserting in their place the words
"eight (8) Light fixure(s) in the public right-of-way
Eight (8) at four (4) inches in length and four (4) inches in width.
Said light fixtures shall be located in the sidewalk to illuminate existing historical building."


Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage
