ORDINANCE
 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
SECTION 1.  The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 and 3 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
 
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (37.10): which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of January 17, 2013 at pages 45340 through 45341, with the following underscored text:
 
4-60-023 (37.10)      On West Grand Avenue, from the west line of North Leclaire Avenue to
North Long Avenue.
 
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (27.99), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of February 13, 2013 at pages 46808 through 46810, with the following underscored text:
 
4-60-023 (27.99)       On Division Street, from Hamlin Avenue to Pulaski Road.
 
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
