BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY OE CHICAGO:
SECTION I. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance,
be amended by changing all the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District
symbols and indications as shown on Map No.l l-II in the area bounded by
North Wolcott Avenue; a line 541.77 feel north of and parallel lo North Bcrteau Avenue; North Honore Avenue; and a line 511.75 feet north of and parallel to North Berteau Avenue;
to those of an RT3.5 Residential Multi-Unit District is hereby established in the
area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
