Resolution
Whereas, Christopher and Theresa (Cowen) Sauve have welcomed the birth of their 1st child, a son named James Philip Sauve, born at 9:59pm on December 20, 2013; and
Whereas, The Sauve Family have been lifelong residents of the Lakewood Balmoral Residents Council (LBRC) community, located in the Andersonville neighborhood of Edgewatei; here in the 48th Ward of the City of Chicago; and
Whereas, The Sauve Family have been lifelong parishioners of St. Ita's Church, where all of the Sauve children went to St. Ita's Elementary School; and
Whereas, James Philip is the 1st sibling born into The Sauve Family; and
Whereas, James Philip will grow up loving the Chicago Bears and will be raised in The Sauve Family tradition of being a fan of either The Chicago Whitesox or The Chicago Cubs' baseball teams; and
Whereas, James Philip will have the distinct honor of supporting both and being a product of both The University of Illinois and The University of Michigan; and
Whereas, his Uncles Andy, David (Mirian) and the late Scott and his Aunt Stephanie (Fred) would like to express their love for James Philip and to convey their hope that God bless him and his family for many years to come; and

Now, Therefore, I, Harry Osterman, Alderman of the 48th Ward, hereby ask that the birth of young James Philip Sauve be recognized by the City of Chicago on this 15th day of January, 2014.
