Dear Chairman O'Connor:
Please be advised that I plan to have the attached ordinance introduced at the City Council meeting to be held on January 13, 2011 to amend the existing ordinance at 6202 W. Montrose Ave. designating 15 minute loading zone signs with flashing lights and change it to disabled loading zone signs.
It would be appreciated if you would send a commissioner authority letter to expedite changing these signs pending the introduction and passage of the ordinance.
Your assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Very truly yours,
