SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER CHARGE REFUND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago PIWOWARSKI, BOZENA A. is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 6050 W. Eastwood Ave., Unit 301, Chicago IL 60630 for the year 2013.
