ORDINANCE

7445 North Sheridan Road

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 7445 N. Sheridan Rd. LLC, c/o Citadel Healthcare Group, 5611 Dempster Street, Morton Grove, IL 60053, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 7445 North Sheridan Road.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
