Order

Ordered, That the Commissioner of the Building Department is hereby directed to issue a sign permit to 1735 N. Ashland Partners, L.P., 2734 W. Superior St., Chicago, IL 60612, for the erection of a sign/signboard over 24 feet in height and/or over 100 square feet (in area of each face) for the east facade of the elevator penthouse at 1735 - 45 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL.

Height Above Grade/Roof to Top of Sign: 53'5"

Total Square Foot Area: 274.125 sq. ft.

Such signs shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Municipal Code (the "Chicago Zoning Ordinance") and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
