ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 17384-1 Permit No. 1084933
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for WRIGLEYVILLE WILD WINGS on 04/22/2009, and printed upon page 59351 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"Seven (7) canopies over the public way
Said canopies shall not exceed one (1) @ sixteen (16) feet in length and eight (8) feet in width, one (1) @ four point five (4.5) feet in length and two (2) feet in width, one (1) @ six (6) feet in length and two (2) feet in width and one (1) @ six (6) feet in length and four (4) feet in width.
The sum of $350.00 per annum, in advance."
and inserting in their place tlie words
"Three (3) canopies over the public way The sum of $150.00 per annum, in advance."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
