BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Per Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Uptown 4720, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 4720 N Sheridan Rd.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and

publication.
