BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for SMITHFIELD PROPERTIES XVI1/STATE & WASHINGTON LLC on 12/12/2012, and printed upon page 44234 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words \

"SMITHFIELD PROPERTIES XVI1/STATE & WASHINGTON LLC"

and inserting in their place the words

"STATE & WASHINGTON OWNER LLC"

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
