Ordered, that the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and advised to waive the Itinerant Merchant License Fees, Food Vendor License Fees and Street Closure Fees in connection with the Wells Street Fall Festival. The event will be benefitting the Old Town Merchants and Residents Association. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 11:00am to 10:00pm and Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 11:00am until 9:00pm. The event is scheduled to take place on N.
