ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to, and in accordance with the limitations and conditions of, Section 7-28-250 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, refuse collection cost rebates are hereby authorized for eligible units in eligible buildings, as set forth in greater detail below.

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and approval.
