BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the POS-1 Parks and Open Space District and RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-E in the area bounded by


East 35th Street; South Cottage Grove Avenue; a line 501.04 feet southeast of the south boundary line of East 35th Street (as measured along the southwesterly line of South Cottage Grove Avenue) said line being 150 feet long running southwesterly and perpendicular to South Cottage Grove Avenue and ending at a point 300 feet northwest of the north boundary line of vacated East 36th Street (measured perpendicular to East 36th Street); a southeasterly perpendicular line to vacated East 36l Street 21.38 feet long starting at the last mentioned point and ending 278.62 feet northwest of the north boundary line of vacated East 36th Street and 108.02 feet southeast and measured perpendicular to the southeast boundary line of South Vincennes Avenue; a southeasterly 108.02 feet long line perpendicular to the southeasterly boundary line of South Vincennes Avenue starting at the last mentioned point and ending at the southeast boundary line of South Vincennes Avenue at a point 120.47 feet southwest of the north boundary line of Browning Avenue (as measured along the southeast boundary line of South Vincennes Avenue); South Vincennes Avenue; Browning Avenue; a line 497.75 feet east of and parallel to the east boundary line of South Rhodes Avenue; a line 171.81 feet north of and parallel to Browning Avenue; the west boundary line of the vacated public alley next east of and parallel to South Rhodes Avenue (also known as the west boundary line of the vacated public alley next west of and almost parallel to South Cottage Grove Avenue,
