MEMORIAL RESOLUTION FOR CAROL ANN HEIMAN
WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that the members of this Chamber learned of the death of Carol Ann Heiman on December 17, 2017 at the age of 63; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman ofthe 39,h Ward; and
WHEREAS, born on December 08, 1954, Carol Ann was the loving mother of Nicole (John) Renshaw and Diana (Fabian) Bahena; proud Nonny of Jacob and Jenna Schmidt and Penelope Bahena; former wife of the late Nicholas Heiman; dear sister of Maureen (the late Ronald) Heiman and fond aunt of Ronny, Kenny Benny, Kirky (Claudia), Kelly Heiman, the late Joseph Heiman, and BFF of Donna Heiman. Carol Ann leaves a legacy of faith, dignity and love; and
WHEREAS, Carol Ann touched the lives of all who knew her through her kindness, compassion and vivacious spirit. She will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and Members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, assembled this seventeenth day of January, 2018, do hereby extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Carol Ann Heiman; and
