ORDINANCE

1760 West Lunt Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt True Automotive, LLC, dba Lunt Auto & Tire, 1760 West Lunt Avenue, Chicago, IL 60626 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1760 West Lunt Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
