RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Virginia M Altieri has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 53 to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and

WHEREAS, beloved daughter of the late Charles and the late Virginia Altieri; loving sister of Lucie (Marty) Weir, Rose (Leonard) Preston and the late Gregory Altieri; cherished aunt of Amanda and Joanna Weir; and

WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Virginia M Altieri to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-six of January 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Virginia and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Virginia.
