ORDINANCE Mo^l^'Z-⁰'⁵

BE IT ORDAINED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-G in the area bounded by

West Armitage Avenue; a line 50 feet west of the west line of North Bissel Street; a line 85.35 feet south of the south line of West Armitage Street; a line 75 feet west of the west line of North Bissel Street; a line 67.25 feet south of the south line of West Armitage Avenue; a line 62 feet west of the west line of North Bissel Street; a line 25.33 feet south of the south line of West Armitage Avenue; and a line 75 feet west of the west line of North Bissel Street

to those of a B3-5 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
