ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-G in an area bound by!
West Catalpa Avenue; a line 250 feet east of and parallel to North Broadway; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Catalpa Avenue; And the public alley next east of and parallel to North Broadway
to those of a Cl-3 Neighborhood Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
