CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 9, 2011

ORDERED, that the Directors of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, Department of Revenue, and Commissioners of the Department of Transportation and the Department of Construction and Permits of the City of Chicago, are hereby authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor, Itinerant Merchant and Street Closing fees for all the participants in the Chicagoland Toys for Tots , Motorcycle Parade to be held Sunday December 4, 2011 at Clark Park; DeVry Institute, 3300 N. Campbell; and the 3400 and 3500 blocks of North Rockwell. This event is sponsored by: Chicagoland Toys for Tots

This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
