RESOLUTION
WHERE AS, Maureen M. McCorrnick has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 63 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Maureen M. "Reenie" McCorrnick, Beloved daughter of the late Joan "June" and Francis McCorrnick; loving mother of the late Brian Francis McCorrnick; devoted grandmother of Cassidy McCorrnick; cherished sister of Linda (James) Barrett, Danny (Kris) McCorrnick, Cathy (Dave) Fields, Patrick McCorrnick and the late Francis McCorrnick; proud aunt of many nieces and nephews; dearest friend of Darlene Graf; and
WHEREAS, Reenie was bora, raised, and spent most of her life on the South Side of Chicago, Canaryville neighborhood, She graduated from St. Gabriel School and St. Barbara High School; and. -
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Maureen to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this ninth of September 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Maureen M. McCorrnick and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
