COUNCIL MEETING MAY 4, 2011

PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt New General Auto Body of 4034 North Tripp Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 4034 North Tripp Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
