Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to PRESIDENTIAL TOWERS, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, ten (10) Facade(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 555 W. Madison St
Said Facade(s) at S. Jefferson Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-two point five (22.5) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of five point six three (5.63) square feet. Existing facade is approximately eleven (11) feet above grade level.
Said Facade(s) at W. Monroe Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-four point eight three (24.83) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of six point two one (6.21) square feet. Existing facade is approximately eleven (11) feet above grade level.
Said Facade(s) at W. Monroe Street measure(s):
Seven (7) at twenty-three point three three (23.33) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of forty point eight three (40.83) square feet. Existing facade is approximately eleven (11) feet above grade level.
Said Facade(s) at W. Monroe Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-three point nine two (23.92) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of five point nine eight (5.98) square feet. Existing facade is approximately eleven (11) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-2...
