CITY COUNCIL MEETING February 9, 2011

ORDERED, that the Directors of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, Department of Revenue, and Commissioners of the Department of Transportation and the Department of Construction and Permits of the City of Chicago, are hereby authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor, Itinerant Merchant, Tent Permit and Street Closing fees for all the participants in the Festival Foundation, nfp, Northside Summerfest to be held August 20 and 21, 2011 on Lincoln avenue from Irving Park to Berenice.
