RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Shcrwyn Hogan Goon has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God.at the age of 52 to his eternal reward; and
WHERE AS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Shcrwyn Hogan Goon, Beloved husband of Corcelita nee Nuez Goon; loving father of Courtney and Russell; cherished grandfather of Kayden; devoted son Susan Leung Goon and Hogan Goon; dear brother of Cherolyn Meador; fond uncle of Hunter and Jade; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Shcrwyn Hogan Goon to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That, we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty third of June 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Sherwyn Hogan Goon and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Sherwyn Hogan Goon.
