BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for JRC 215 LLC on 12/12/2012, and printed upon page 44165 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "JRC 215 LLC" and inserting in their place the words "METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
