BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Carlos Marti of VMV Cosmetic Group Illinois, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 4507-09 West Armitage Avenue
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for VMV Cosmetic Group Illinois, Inc. located at 4507-09 West Armitage Avenue. I have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the next City Council meeting scheduled for September 6, 2017, exempting of VMV Cosmetic Group Illinois, Inc., from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
