SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the DX-5 Downtown Mixed Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 1-F in the area bounded by:
a line 50 feet north of the north line of West Superior Street; the alley next east of North Wells Street; West Superior Street; and a line 59.65 feet east ofthe east line of North Wells Street,
to those of DX-10 Downtown Mixed Use District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
