RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Raphael "Little Ralph" Halm has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 25 to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Raphael "Little Ralph" Halm; beloved husband of Kristen Thorpe; loving father of Julia Halm; devoted Son of William and Adelaida Halm; Dear brother of William and Joseph Halm; Adored grandson of Leticia (Roman) Jacquez, Carlos (Rosa) Rodriguez, Linda (late Tracy) Halm; Fond Nephew and cousin of many; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Raphael to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this fifteenth of January 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Raphael Halm and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy ofthis resolution be presented to the family of Raphael Halm.
