ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 and B3-3 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-F in the area bounded by

West Surf Street; North Broadway; the alley next north of West Diversey Parkway; North Clark Street; West Surf Street; the alley next east of North Clark Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West Surf Street; and a line 115 feet west of and parallel to North Broadway,

to those of an Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and publication.
