BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Gabriel Deilatorre of Latin Roots, corp. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 6022 W Grand Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Latin Roots, Corp. located at 6022 Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639. I have no objections to this application, and 1 will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for March 15, 2023, exempting Latin Roots, Corp. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
