SECTION 1.     That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council 3/12/08, page 22830, striking a 15 Minute Standing Zone and inserting a Loading Zone/Tow Zone is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
