ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-G in the area bounded by
A perpendicular line to North Mildred Avenue 89 feet north of and parallel to West Diversey Parkway; a perpendicular line to West Diversey Parkway 50 feet east of and parallel to North Mildred Avenue; West Diversey Parkway; North Mildred Avenue,
to those of an RM5.5 Residential Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
