MK INVESTMENT PARTNERS, LLC Acct. No. 383434 -1 Permit No. 1107902

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to MK INVESTMENT PARTNERS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twelve (12) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 862 N. Franklin St
Said Caisson(s) at North Franklin Street measure(s):
Four (4) at four (4) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-four (64) square feet. Existing caissons are approximately eighty-two (82) feet below grade level. Existing caisson are approximately eighty-two (82) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at West Chestnut Street measure(s):
Four (4) at six (6) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-four (144) square feet. Existing caissons are approximately eighty-two (82) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
Four (4) at four point seven five (4.75) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of ninety point two five (90.25) square feet. Existing caissons are approximately eighty-two (82) feet below grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1107902 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
