BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Near Loop Lofts, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress at 2212-14 North Clybourn Avenue.
