TRANSPORTATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.     Section 10-20-430" of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt David's Auto of 907 S. Western, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 907 S. Western.
