SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

 

3817 N Ashland Ave GP LLC, of 6405 Caton Farm Road, Plainfield, IL 60586, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 3817 N Ashland Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
