ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BUB CITY on 03/05/2014, and printed upon page 76078 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "thirty-three point one seven (33.17) feet in length and four point eight three (4.83) feet in width for a total of one hundred sixty point two one (160.21) square feet; Seating Capacity 10" and inserting in their place the words "forty-four point five (44.5) feet in length and five point one seven (5.17) feet in width for a total of two hundred thirty point zero seven (230.07) square feet; Seating Capacity 21"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
