BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Amend the ordinance 02014-8432, previously introduced on October 8, 2014, for installation of Disabled Parking Permit # 84483 at 4628 S. Lavergne Ave. At All Times, by and striking 4628 S. Lavergne Ave. and inserting 4626 S. Lavergne Ave. At All Times.
