RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, John E. Ramos has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, John E. Ramos, Loving father John (Crystal), Stephanie, and Glen (Erin); cherished grandfather of Brooke, Dominic, Alexia, and Amelia; devoted son of the late Santa and Manuel Ramos; dear brother, uncle and friend to many; and

WHEREAS, The hard work, sacrifice and dedication of John E. Ramos serve as an example to all; who will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his many relatives, friends, and admirers; now, therefore

WHEREAS BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this thirteenth of March 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of John E. Ramos and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

presented to the family of Jo
