City Council January 27th, 2021
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Deacon Francis P. Henry has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 78 to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Deacon Francis P. Henry; beloved brother of Tom (Jackie) Henry, Joan (the late Dennis) Donay, John (Karen) Henry, the late Patricia A. Henry, and the late Penny Bedore; loving son of the late George and Marion Henry; cherished uncle to Joe Bedore, Kathy (Darren) Bedore-Bidaux, Amy Henry (Steven Valenziano), Dan (Mary Kay) and Mike (Jen) Henry, Jennifer Henry (Dominick Burandt) Stephanie Henry, the late Dennis and Matt Donay and the late Tommy Henry; proud great uncle to many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Francis to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty seventh of January 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Deacon Francis P. Henry and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Deacon Francis P. Henry.
